With over 12 years of logistics and supply chain management experience, Ben leads corporate strategies that align the logistics operations, consulting, and corporate service teams in order to achieve organizational development and talent management goals. He is able to leverage his logistics operations background when recruiting and connecting human capital resources that ensure successful customer engagements and corporate cultural fit. This has been especially instrumental to support LeanCor’s aggressive 30% growth rate in 2019.

    Ben is also a frequent speaker for professional organizations and an instructor for the Georgia Tech Supply Chain and Logistics Institute. Ben has a degree in Business Administration & Human Resources from Thomas More College. He is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt.
